Notes from Moths of Borneo

Diagnosis. Pingasa lariaria is the largest of the greyish species, distinguished particularly by the strongly crenulate postmedials and reduced white patches at the centre of the distal margins of each wing. Only P. chlora has the fasciae so crenulate, but chlora is a smaller, much paler species, with weaker markings and no yellow on the underside.
