Cnaphalocrocis euryterminalis (Hampson, 1917) (Marasmia). India: Meghalaya (TL: Khasi Hills).
Cnaphalocrocis iolealis (Walker, 1859) (Botys). India: Maharashtra, West Bengal.
Cnaphalocrocis latimarginalis (Hampson, 1891) (Dolichosticha). India: Uttarakhand, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Nilgiris (TL), Kerala, Andaman Is.
Cnaphalocrocis mimica (Warren, [1896]) (Lasiacme). India: West Bengal.

Cnaphalocrocis poeyalis (Boisduval, 1833) (Botys) and Cnaphalocrocis trapezalis (Guenée, 1854) (Salbia) both now listed as Marasmia trapezalis (Guenée, 1854) and Marasmia poeyalis(Boisduval, 1833) based on Nuss et al. (2022).

Cnaphalocrocis patnalis (Bradley, 1981): Cyperus difformis (Cyperaceae), Echinochloa crusgalli, Eleusine indica, Leersia hexandra, Oryza sativa, Paspalum conjugatum (Poaceae) (Robinson et al. 2010).
