Pogonopygia pavida xanthura Prout, 1928. Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia.
Yazaki (1994) placed the NE Himalayan and Nepal populations as baria, but there are significant variations shown in Nepal and NE Himalayan individuals, so their specific/subspecific status needs investigation.
