Laspeyria excisa (Hampson, 1894). (Corgatha). India: Manipur (TL).
Laspeyria olivata (Hampson, 1902). (Corgatha). India: Sikkim (TL), Assam.
Laspeyria ruficeps (Walker, 1864) (Thermesia). India: Maharashtra, West Bengal, Karnataka; Sarawak, Borneo (TL).
Laspeyria viridicincta (Hampson, 1898) (Zethes). India: Maharashtra, West Bengal, Karnataka, Meghalaya (TL: Khasi Hills)

These species are best seperated as under:
Laspeyria excisa has more deeply excised wings at apex, the antemedial line is incurved at costa and then more or less straight and oblique in excisa (incurved at costa and then more or less sinuous in ruficeps). Laspeyria excisa original description mentions the pale veins in terminal area of excisa, but this seems to be present in numerous individuals of ruficeps as well. Examining male genitalia is the best way of separating these species.
