Thysanoidma Hampson, 1891 species known from India.
Thysanoidma octalis Hampson, 1891. India: Nilgiris, Goa, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh.
Thysanoidma stellata (Warren, 1896). India: Meghalaya (TL: Khasi Hills), Sikkim.
Note: Thysanoidma octalis Hampson, 1891 is either a species complex, or has numerous colour morphs (See MOI-pqy218 and MOI-prc617) and needs further investigation. It is our view that the species does not display sexual dimorphism, with both males and females on the website are similar in appearance.
