Taxonomic Information
More than 50 species of Euchromius Guenée, 1845 are known globally. Though only two species are known from India, these species groups are best separated by examining genitalia.

Euchromius ocellea (Haworth, 1811) (Palparia). India.
Mathew (2016) only lists Euchromius ocellea (Haworth, 1811) from India.
Euchromius ornatus Schouten, 1992. S. India has three terminal black dots on FW margin.
