Note: Five species are illustrated in Pathania et al., 2021. Among the five species, alopecodes, planeta, and ritsemae appears very similar looking externally. Deuterocopus alopecodes can be separated based on the large white marking on abdomen dorso- proximally. Other two species however needs careful examination. Good close-up image with higher resolution providing abdominal and wing view clearly is must for identifying Pterophorids from photographs (Jahir Rayhan).
