Other Notes

Similar species: Dudusa nobilis Walker, 1865. 
Dudusa synopla Swinhoe, 1907 has more orange-brown coloration than Dudusa nobilis, and has a complete uninterrupted dorsal pale line on abdomen (nobilis has interrupted markings), and has less white on forewing costa.
