Daphnis layardii Moore, 1882. India (Hampson, 1892); Sri Lanka.
Daphnis minima Butler, 1977. Karnataka (Kitching, 2020).
Daphnis nerii (Linnaeus, 1758). Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Punjab (Amritpal et al., 2015).
Daphnis placida (Walker, 1856). Andaman and Nicobar islands (Chandra and Rajan, 2004).

Daphnis minima Butler 1876 is very similar to Daphnis placida placida but smaller. Forewing upperside very similar to Daphnis placida placida but median olive-green band less oblique, wider posteriorly and narrower before middle.
