Taxonomic Information

Aemene Walker, 1854 species known from India (Volynkin et al. 2017; Singh et. al. 2021).
At least eighteen species of Aemene Walker, 1864 are known from India. These species are best separated by comparing internal and external morphology of specimens.

Aemene mesozonata Hampson, 1898. NE India, Thailand, Malay Peninsula.

Aemene nocturna (Hampson, 1900). NE India.
