Cyana linatula (Swinhoe, 1891), stat. rev
See Obs 306254 for details on reference
The reference states that C linatula was collected from KMTR
SS: Agree with Cyana linatula (Swinhoe, 1891) female. But I have not compared it with other South Indian species that may be similar other than the Cyana already on MOI and Cyana subornata. The black line internal to the ante medial line and external to post-medial line is clearly visible. It would have been good to see the image of male Cyana linatula alongside. Right now, the male Cyana linatula that you have uploaded is puella male. No other Cyana with pink HW and 3 black spots has internal black line to the ante medial.
Bizone linatula Swinhoe, 1891; Trans. ent. Soc. Lond. 1891 (1): 135; TL: Bombay, Khandala. Text at https://archive.org/details/transactionsofen1891roya2/page/135/mode/1up
Cyana linatula; Singh, N., Volynkin, A.V., Kirti, J.S., Datta, H.S. and Ivanova, M.S., 2020. A review of the genus Cyana Walker, 1854 from India, with descriptions of five new species and three new subspecies (Lepidoptera: Erebidae: Arctiinae: Lithosiini). Zootaxa, 4738(1), pp.1-93. Pg. 15, Fig. 30-32.
UK: Agree with the ID
