Taxonomic Information

Ctenoplusia Dufay, 1970 species known from the Indian subcontinent (Twinkle et al 2020). 
Ctenoplusia albostriata (Bremer & Grey, 1853). India: Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Delhi, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Orissa, Meghalaya; Sri Lanka. 
Ctenoplusia chalcopasta (Hampson, 1912). India; Sri Lanka. 
Ctenoplusia indica (Ronkay, 1986). Karnataka. 
Ctenoplusia furcifera (Walker, [1858]). India: Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Kerala, Maharashtra, Chandigarh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, West Bengal. ; Sri Lanka. 
Ctenoplusia limbirena (Guenee, 1852). India: Arunachal Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu,Sikkim; Sri Lanka. 
Ctenoplusia placida (Moore, [1884]). India: Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Meghalaya; Sri Lanka. 
Ctenoplusia mutans (Walker, 1865). India: Arunachal Pradesh, S. India; Sri Lanka. 
Ctenoplusia tarassota (Hampson, 1913). India: Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh,West Bengal,Sikkim, Meghalaya. 
Ctenoplusia kosemponesis (Strand, 1920). N. India, Karnataka; Nepal.
