Probably Exuliura bantanakai with TL from Vietnam. But no records close by to India, perhaps we can keep it to genus level.

Exuliura, a new genus of Ennominae,
with description of one new species from North Vietnam.

GI: It does match with the description given in Tinea 26(2) except that some features which could confirm the species id are not visible in the photo.
Hence best left as Exuliura Sato, R. 2022a
SS: Unable to access the paper. But agree with genus level ID.
