This is described from Congo in Africa, for which the TL is either incorrect or may turn out to be a different species.

This spp. is not included in the list of Indian Pyralids by Singh et al.
Other Cangetta spp. from Indian region –
C. albocarnea Warren, 1896 – Meghalaya
C. homoperalis Hampson, 1899 – Sri Lanka
SS: Agree with ID. Global lists Cangetta rectilinea as a valid species. Given that TL of Cangetta hartoghialis is Africa, it probably makes sense to publish this as rectilinea, stating that it might be a synonym of Cangetta hartoghialis.
Roger Kendrick Phd Pl. 14/6. For Cangetta hartoghialis.
GI: Agree with ID. But is there a published paper that states rectilinea as synonym for hartoghialis?
JD : hartoghialis appears to be the generally accepted nomenclature. However, Globiz lists rectilinea (= griseolalis) as a separate species, Hence we may publish as Cangetta rectilinea Moore, 1886
