Based on MOB: The remaining species have the forewing reniform with the posterior lobe equal to, or larger than, the anterior one: it is definitely larger in combinans and filled with paler grey or dark brown, rather than with the orange ground-colour.
https://www.mothsofborneo.com/part-15-16/scoliopterygini/scoliopterygini_5.php for key to rusicada. Good match to the key.
For combinans
Forewing reniform with posterior lobe larger, filled with paler grey or dark brown
Forewing antemedial irregular; hindwing brown; Oriental
Some differences in the medial line which is straight in MOB and in the image I have uploaded but sinuous in other images in many other references.
Similar species to combinans:
Rusicada leucolopha Prout, 1928. See at https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/125311-Rusicada-leucolopha
Rusicada prima Swinhoe, 1920. See at https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/988465-Rusicada-prima
JD : agree with ID , there seems to be two forms, this one is with grey filled in the posterior lobe.
GI: Agree with ID
