Polytela florigera
According to similar species page on Polytela gloriosae:
"differs from gloriosae in the basal joints of the palpi and antennae being black (gloriosa - orange); the orange spots on the metathorax often absent; cilia of hindwing black (gloriosae - yellow)" (Hampson, 1892).
Host plant: Iphigenia indica (the individual was laying eggs which were later raised)

RPS: Agree with ID. It's also listed as Polytela florifera in some places.
