GI: Agree with ID. Hypomecis infixaria (Walker, 1860)
SS: Geetha and I reviewed and talked about this. One of the diagnostic features of Hypomecis transcissa is a prominent (sometimes not so prominent in infixaria, or absent) black line from the cell to the post medial on the forewing. Nothing in literature mentions this; but I believe this is diagnostic. The underside, of course, is the best way of confirming ID's.
