SS: Based on Hampson, opheltesalis is separated from illectalis as under:
Hyalobathra illectalis is more fulvous, while opheltesalis is orange-yellow. Hyalobathra illectalis has a minutely waved submarginal line, which is obscure on opheltesalis. Hyalobathra illectalis has a black discocellular line which opheltesalis lacks.
Based on this, I would provisionally identify as opheltesalis. Both species are known from S. India.
