Notes
This photograph I have uploaded is of average quality. For the sake of more precise comparison with the O.D., I'm linking below an observation posted by a user from Idukki district on iNaturalist yesterday. That specimen seems to be freshly eclosed and the hindwings are fully visible with all the features crisper, visible from multiple angles.

SS: Agree with ID.
Acygnatha Hampson, 1926 species known from the Indian subcontinent.
Acygnatha atrapex (Hampson, 1895). India: Meghalaya (TL: Khasi Hills).
Acygnatha fasciata (Hamspon, 1898). India: Meghalaya (TL: Khasi Hills).
Acygnatha nigripuncta (Hampson, 1907). Sri Lanka (TL: Matrele).
Acygnatha stigmatilis (Hampson, 1898). India: Meghalaya (TL: Khasi Hills).
I have Acygnatha species from NE India. Will upload.
Po-po-pro: I think Hampson's type locality is Matale. He seems to have misspelled it as Matele. I remember it because Kumar Sangakkara was born there and Hampson's spelling in the text seemed odd!
JD : agree with ID
