Habrosyne cf. pyritoides ? Although it is a more commonly seen European species, the distribution extends to NE China, which is quite close to location of observation.
However, I am not sure how to separate it from other species found in India, reported in Hampson- https://archive.org/stream/moths01hamp#page/178/mode/2up
