> https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/484109 > inaturalist.org/observations/484530 > Very similar species is Corymica arnearia, misidentified in many websites as spatiosa or the other way round. Hampson states "...a rufous patch on apical part of outer margin, with a series of darker specks on it" for C. arnearia in Vol 3, page 185, 3193. This is also found on the underside but is missing in spatiosa. > http://twmoth.tesri.gov.tw/peo/FBMothQuery?F=Geometridae&G=Corymica&S=Corymica+arnearia > http://twmoth.tesri.gov.tw/peo/MothQuery?F=Geometridae&G=Corymica&S=Corymica%20spatiosa > Sexual dimorphism present- small windowed structure at FW base is missing in Female...see the following observation. > Dr. Roger Kendrick's PhD thesis (Moths of Hong Kong)- plate 22, #8 & 10 for arnearia and spatiosa. > http://www.jpmoth.org/~dmoth/Digital_Moths_of_Asia/85_GEOMETROIDEA/04_GEOMETRIDAE/02_Ennominae/framepage%20ennominae.htm
