Ebulea opheltesalis Walker, 1859. List of the specimens of lepidopterous insects in the collection of the British Museum 19:1010. Text at https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/item/120012#page/224/mode/1up
FBI, Hampson, Vol. 4, pg. 387, # 5109 as Isocentris opheltesalis
https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/630588-Hyalobathra-opheltesalis
Based on Hampson, opheltesalis is separated from illectalis as under:
Hyalobathra illectalis is more fulvous, while opheltesalis is orange-yellow. Hyalobathra illectalis has a minutely waved submarginal line, which is obscure on opheltesalis. Hyalobathra illectalis has a black discocellular line which opheltesalis lacks. I would go with a cf for this, as it might just be a variant of illectalis.
