Plutodes flavescens: the distance between the basal rufous patch and the outer rounded patch is mutch greater in flavescens, much less in discigera; hence the yellow space between rufous patches is greater in discigera. Zig-zag line forms three angles in discigera compared with ten angles in flavescens. The zig-zag line in the rufous patch in flavescens associated with a yellowish tinge which discigera lacks.
Seen at http://v3.boldsystems.org/index.php/Taxbrowser_Taxonpage?taxid=155677. P. flavescens known from NE Himalaya also. Roger Kendrick PhD plates at Plate 23/28.
Differences with flavescens nicely summed up at http://archive.org/stream/annalsmagazineof561880lond#page/223/mode/1up
