Himala argentea

Hampson vol 1, pg 468, # 1047 classified as Lymantriinae. Hampson shows veins 3,4 and 5 all originating from lower angle of cell. Head, thorax and abdomen white or yellowish. FW silvery white, veins black. HW white, veins black towards outer margin. Black marginal line.

Similar species: Gazalina apsara which has a black abdomen (male) and abdomen tip as yellowish (female) as against a white abdomen in Himala argentea. Also, FW venation in Gazalina apsara is diagnostic, only two veins (3 and 4) originate from lower angle of cell.
