In the second image I marked in red , patches that I don't see in most P.tyres specimens. Also marked a zone in blue where in most P.tyres on the internet, that there is more spacing. This specimen seems to have a bit overcrowding. Apologies for the lack of usage of technical terms .
I also read up P.tyres, that says that there should be a white cell spot. There is a marking in the cell area, but looks too big to be a 'spot'.
Added a third image also, without flash, if the original colour will help in the ID.
Could it still be tyres? It did look really differet, thus the confusion.
