UK: Agree with the ID
JD : All of Walker's descriptions of are quite uninformative & brief.
Agree with ID, basis other references as this seems to be a widespread species.
Parolulis absimilis (Hampson, 1898) is a similar species.
The reference to MON above is incorrect, it should be Moths of Thailand.
