Macarostola tegulata (Meyrick, 1908). India: Meghalaya (Khasi Hills).
Macarostola callischema (Meyrick, 1908). India: Meghalaya.
Macarostola coccinea (Walsingham, 1900). India: Tamil Nadu.
Macarostola haemataula (Meyrick, 1912). India: Karnataka.
Macarostola paradisia Meyrick, 1908. Sri Lanka.
Macarostola zehntneri (Snellen, 1902). India: Maharashtra.
Macarostola hieranthes (Meyrick, 1907). Sri Lanka.
Macarostola thiasodes (Meyrick, 1912). Sri Lanka.
Macarostola thriambica (Meyrick, 1907). Sri Lanka.
JR: It has 3 distinct yellow spots on the inner margin, while M. tegulata has 4. Based on its appearance, it looks like Macarostola zehntneri (Snellen, 1902). However, as JD pointed out, a lateral view would be helpful.
