this looks closer (but not a complete match) to Electrophaes marginata, Yazaki 1994

SS; I am not convinced this is Electrophaes marginata, Yazaki 1994. I think we need HW to be certain, and then, too, the description is so scanty, then I am not sure we can seperate marginata, fulgidaria, zaphenges with reliability, unless we can see HW. Staying at genus level.
