JD : Not convinced this is Nacoleia tumidicostalis. The OD & the illustration are ochreous "white" & not brown as in this observation. The images on iNaturalist are also much paler.
Further, tumidicostalis does not seem to be widespread & all iNat observations appear to be restricted the W. Ghats & SL while your observation is from N. India.
We are basing the id just on the atypical FW costal scales and lobe, as the pattern of lines on the wings are otherwise common with many other Nacoleia spp.
Hence, I think this is probably another species that we haven't yet been able to identify, or may even be an undescribed species.
