Neocalyptis affinisana?
JD : Please combine both the observations into a single one, as these are the same individuals.
Most likely this is Neocalyptis affinisana, as it is widespread & this looks like a good match. However need to check other Neocalyptis spp..

Diakonoff in his paper states that "Widely distributed over South Asia, but it is uncertain whether all records pertain to the same species." https://repository.naturalis.nl/pub/317851/ZV1982193001.pdf

GI: Neocalyptis affinisana (Walker)

The description given in Lep of Ceylon Moore, Vol 3 page 493 as Tortrix affinisana Walker, 1863, appears to be a match, except HW is not seen in this uploaded image. But I think Neocalyptis affinisana (Walker) may be acceptable.

Given the distribution of other members of this genus, and TL of Sri Lanka, I am ok with Neocalyptis affinisana (Walker, 1863).
