SS: Agree with Polyscia viridispurca Prout, 1926, though Polyscia ochrilinea Warren, 1896 is a very similar species, but is not yellowish in color.

Above link mentioned by you leads to Polyscia ochrilinea image. Polyscia ochrilinea, to has the black spot on FW in some individuals.
Another similar species is Conolophia nigripuncta (Hampson, 1891), which is already on MOI.
