JD : @Sanjay - is this species reported from S. India? The basal white costal mark is much larger than most specimens of this spp.
SS: Gonoclostera argentata Oberthür, 1914 is an extralimital species (China), externally similar to Gonoclostera aurosigna (Hampson, 1895); best separated by examining genitalia. This is a complex, and there are no published records from S. India, though this species TL is Myanmar. For now, we can provisionally identify as Gonoclostera aurosigna, but we will probably need to dissect and examine genitalia to be certain.
