JD : Agree with ID. There are several similarly looking species (FW bright red with central black stripe) as mentioned in the above paper, but this does match with the other characters. It is also quite remarkable to have a species from a very different lepidopteran family (Crambidae - Tyspanodes cardinalis) to look so similar.
