Telchines vialis (Moore, 1883)

The specimen on MON has the FW stripe curving inwards near apex towards costa.
The specimen on BoldSystems has a somewhat different darker reticulation pattern on the distal area of HW.
As per Whalley, “This species varies in colour and pattern over its range, and may
well be divided into subspecies when more material is available. Although the
specimens from China are broadly similar in genitalia to the others, the pattern on
the wings is slightly different with a recurved line from below the apex of the forewing to the costal margin rather similar to Sonagara strigipennis.”

Some observations on the MOI website marked as Striglina spp. are Telchines vialis
GI: Agree with id; and yes some of the Striglina spp on the website could be relooked into
SS: Agree with ID
From the images on MOJ and http://www.pyralidsofborneo.org/index.php?telchines-vialis-moore-1883plate-9rts397-1, I notice that the postmedial line reaches apex, while in this image and the one in Moths of Laos, the postmedial line is just below apex. In MON, the postmedial line is well below apex.
Similar species: Sonagara strigipennis. I have images and will upload.
