Ozarba incondita and Ozarba itwarra are similar. Vide Ozarba incondita OD, Ozarba incondita is smaller, more rosy with less strongly defined and less irregular central belt on the forewing. Hampson mentions that itwarra differs from punctigera in the postmedial line of the fore wing not being angled, but having three undulations ; the sub-marginal line excurved at middle.
