Listed erroneously as Eulocastra excisa (Butler, 1889). Seitz descriptions for undulata and excisa are a little confusing, but the OD for Eulocastra excisa, its type locality of Pune and other images on line confirm that this is Eulocastra excisa (Swinhoe, 1885).
JD : agree with ID. this should be a female. I am posting an image of the male that has the discal area of the same colour (dark grey) as the central area. Descriptions are mentioned by Butler - https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/item/180012#page/72/mode/1up
