Similar spp from Indian region -
Cassephyra cyanosticta (Hampson, 1907) - S India. Very similar, the submarginal lines on both wings are silvery (pale in lamprosticta)

SS: Agree with ID based solely on distribution. The silvery lines are not diagnostic; uploading an image from Siang which has enough silvery markings.
GI: Difference between this and cyanosticta is discernible. Agree with ID
