JD : Need to also check Sagariphora magnificalis - http://www.pyralidsofborneo.org/index.php?magnificalis
SS: Both species are on MOI with differences mentioned, and I agree that this is Sagariphora magnificalis, on account of colour of head being fuscous (orange in Agrotera) and curved medial line. This is known from Myanmar, so no reason why it can not occur in NE India. Uploading specimen image for reference; not for upload.
