I have examined the hindwing of this specimen and confirmed that it is paler than the FW and that there is an indistinct diffuse fuscous medial band as mentioned in ref. 5)
SS: Agree with ID. Miltochrista ila (Moore, [1860]). Also recorded in N India as reported by Kaleka, A.S. and Rose, H.S., 2002. Inventory of the species Miltochrista Hübner (Lithosiinae: Arctiidae: Lepidoptera) from Northwestern and Northeastern India. Zoo’s Print Journal, 17(8), pp.853-856.
