JR: Agree with the identification. But I think, it's better to keep in genus level. There is another species, Cosmoclostis auxileuca Meyrick, 1907; which is also very similar to C. pesseuta, and to me this observation looks more like the former, i.e. auxileuca.

SS review: 4 species known from India. Best retained at genus level.
