GI: All references mention the olive colouration which is distinctly lacking in this specimen. HW spots too do not confirm to the description. Could be because it is a female. Hampson ( vol 3 pg. 270, # 3420) mentions one more species from North and Northeast-Boarmia trispinaria - which is grey in colour, with brown markings. Holloway mentions that the principal diagnostic features are to be found in the male genitalia. So without more data its not possible to confirm the species as olivescens. Agree with YS. Best left as Catoria spp.
YS: Too much variation in the images I see online to be sure without underside. I would leave it as Catoria spp. it does not seem to match the images of olivescens I find online, and is definitely not olive in coloration.
SS: Possibly Catoria olivescens Moore, 1888

FBI, Hampson, Vol. 3, pg. 270, # 3420. Lists olivescens as a synonym of sublavaria.

It is likely that this is the NE Himalaya species of Catoria based on rounded submarginal spots and more prominent cell spot. Underside markings needed to separate reliably and/or genitalia. I see no reliable records of Catoria sublavaria from the Indian Himalaya.
