Photo Gallery and Species Biology

Dysphania palmyra: the entire dark blue apex, UPF, has sub-apical and discal blue spots.
Dysphania nelera: Similar to palmyra, but UPH has marginal golden yellow spots.
Dysphania percota: the enitre UPF apex is dark blue up to the discal area, with only a few small spots near costa.

Dysphania palmyra lacks the yellow spots on HW. While Hampson (1895) lists nelera as a form of palmyra, Lepindex lists this as a separate species. Further works needs to be done to ascertain whether nelera is a valid taxon, or just a form of palmyra.
