Note: Problepsis phoebearia Erschov, 1870 is the proposed replacement name for Problepsis deliaria (Guenée, [1858]) in Xue et. al. 2018. But the two species are quite different in appearance; hence we treat Problepsis deliaria as a valid taxon.Moreover, Problepsis phoebearia is known from China (Heilongjiang, Jilin, Beijing), Southeast Russia, North Korea, while Problepsis deliaria has its type locality as Sri Lanka.
