Forewing apex

A. White lines within pale apical patch:

In B. wallachii these lines appear as rather discontinous chevrons.
In B. hearseyi  these lines appear more continous and straight with sharp spikes like an electrocardiogram.

B. Black line at base of pale apical patch:

In B. wallachii this line convex and wavy.
In B. hearseyi this line concave and smooth inside.
