Note: This species is listed as Eublemma amabilis Moore, [1884] in some publications (Kononenko & Pinratana 2013) with a distribution of India, Sri Lanka, Thailand and other parts of SE Asia. However, this species was first described from Madagascar in Africa by Saalmüller (1891), which takes precedence. It remains to be investigated whether the African species and that found in SE Asia are the same taxon.
