Similiar species:
Ctenoplusia tarassota is morphologically similar with its three closely related species; C.adiaphora, C. sigillata and C. ichinosei but distinguishable with variation in male and female genitalia. Gamma mark finer; weaker pinkish-reddish irroration with other species.
