Similiar species:
Sinna dohertyi Elwes, 1890. The three red bands where they meet the costa appear more equally spaced in floralis. In dohertyi the two lower bands are closer to the wing base. The fw inner margin of the red bands is yellow in dohertyi and the two black spots in the sub-apex of floralis is represented by one curved black streak in dohertyi, the black streak on the termen near the dorsum of floralis is repsented by three dots in dohertyi.
