Other Botyodes spp. The forewing postdiscal line in this species is reduced to spots, the forewing margin has two quite dark lunate marks on top of the brown suffusion. Marginal area of hindwing, except towards the apex, yellow without brown suffusion. Meroctena tullalis forewing brown margin extends to costa.
