Ptychopseustis sp, close to Ptychopseustis plumbeolinealis (Hampson, 1896).
Crambidae, Cybalomiinae (though this genus also looks close to Diplopseustis, now in Lathrotelinae).

two key pointers - labial palps not upwards & recurved (immediately rules out any Gelechioidea, including Lecithoceridae), and antennae are in the classic pyraloid resting posture, along the top of the abdomen.
and even though the head is out of focus, if the palps were gelechioid, the tops of the palps would likely be in, or almost in, focus, and hence clear to see. Inference is by observation of absence!
